Terms of Service
Last updated: May 31, 2026
These Terms govern your use of ATC Pilot Training, including lessons, account access, checkout, progress features, and support channels.
Training use
- ATC Pilot Training is for aviation radio communication practice only.
- The service is not a navigation source, flight planning system, dispatch tool, clearance source, weather source, or substitute for current FAA publications, airport data, NOTAMs, aircraft documents, ATC instructions, or CFI guidance.
- Use current official sources and real-world ATC instructions for flight operations.
- Clearances must be explicit. A squawk code, ident instruction, or radar contact call is not by itself a Class B clearance. Enter Class B airspace only after ATC explicitly clears you into the Bravo.
Accounts and access
- Some lessons are available as a free preview. Paid package access may require signing in.
- You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for using accurate information when signing in or contacting support.
- Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if the service is misused, attacked, copied, or used in a way that harms ATC Pilot Training or other users.
Purchases
- Paid package options and prices are shown on the Pricing page and during Stripe checkout.
- Stripe processes checkout and payment details. ATC Pilot Training does not store full payment card numbers.
- A purchase grants access to the package shown at checkout, subject to these Terms and any technical availability limits.
User responsibilities
- Do not use the service for real-time flight decisions.
- Do not interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content through feedback or support channels.
Content and ownership
- ATC Pilot Training owns or licenses the website, lesson structure, text, software, and visual design.
- You may use the service for personal training practice. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create competing training products from the service content without permission.
- Feedback you send may be used to improve the service without obligation to compensate you.
Availability and changes
- The service may change over time, including lessons, packages, features, pricing, and availability.
- We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new updated date.
No warranties
- The service is provided as available and without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Training examples may be simplified for practice and may not reflect every real-world ATC variation.
Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, ATC Pilot Training is not liable for flight decisions, training outcomes, operational losses, indirect damages, or damages that exceed the amount you paid for access to the service.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limit.
