  • Training progress, including lesson completions and best scores saved to your signed-in account.
  • Practice details kept in this browser, such as recent attempts and answer history used to show local progress.
  • Checkout records connected to access packages, including Stripe checkout session, customer, payment, package, and status identifiers.
  • Support and feedback messages you send, including your email address if you choose to include it.
  • Basic technical data handled by hosting and service providers, such as device, browser, log, and request information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

  • To provide lessons, access controls, saved completions, best scores, checkout, support, and account sign-in.
  • To maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve ATC Pilot Training.
  • To respond to support requests and feedback.
  • To comply with legal, security, fraud prevention, and payment obligations.

Service providers

  • Convex provides authentication, account, entitlement, progress, and application data services.
  • Stripe processes checkout and payment information. ATC Pilot Training does not store full payment card numbers.
  • Google may provide OAuth sign-in if you choose that sign-in method.
  • Resend may deliver email sign-in codes and account-related email.
  • Cloudflare Pages may host and deliver the public website.

Your choices

  • You can use the free preview lesson without signing in.
  • You can clear browser-stored practice details through your browser storage settings.
  • Signed-in users can download account data and request deletion from the Account page.
  • You can also contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information associated with your signed-in account or email address.
  • Some checkout and transaction records may need to be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, security, or legal reasons.

Children

  • ATC Pilot Training is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  • If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact [email protected].

No sale or advertising profiling

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not use personal information for third-party advertising profiling.
